DeliberatingTruth.com is dedicated to peaceful pursuit of truth. The site started DeliberatingTruth@wordpress.com in 2011 but was deleted in 2013. The site relaunched as DeliberatingTruth.com in February of 2017.

Ideals like peace and truth may remain beyond us. Still, we seek them. We may yet find them hidden in commonplaces and emerging in the spaces between us.

DeliberatingTruth.com LLC…

…is a business designed to promote reciprocal conversations and relationships. While two-way cooperative conversations (dialogue) are often preferred, two-way competitive discussions (debates) are also necessary for healthy communities. Both types of two-way conversations may include horizontal turn-based talking-time that promotes the practice of empathy and active listening. One-way cooperative talks (discourse) complements dialogue and one-way competitive speech (diatribe) supports debate. These types of conversation are less desired but may be necessary steps to achieve the ultimate goal of mutually-encouraging relationship (reciprocity). DeliberatingTruth.com LLC may bridge communal gaps and build social capital through optimizing discussions with reciprocal dialogue and debate or simply keep a conversation going with discourse and diatribe.
