- Find your Pace:
- Some people run hard, others run long, few run long and hard.
- Start with what works for you.
- And build on it.
- Pump yourself up:
- Listen to your favorite motivational playlist.
- Or, better-yet, make your own.
- Motivate yourself. And have fun!
